Paul Stirling to miss final two Ireland ODIs against Namibia

Paul Stirling will miss the final two one-day international matches against Namibia after fracturing his finger during the third game on 27 October. Tim Tector has been selected as the replacement for the injured batsman.
The uncapped ODI player has previously made eight appearances for the side in T20 cricket, where he averaged 17. Ireland currently trails Namibia 2-1 in the five-match series.
Stirling previously scored 56 runs in the opening match in Windhoek on 22 October before Ireland secured a victory. He followed that performance with 77 runs in the second game, which Ireland lost by 31 runs.
The team suffered a 63-run defeat in the third game where the injury occurred. The series resumes on 30 October and concludes on 31 October as preparation for next year's World Cup qualifiers.
