Pakistan-based technology company Devsinc has partnered with Physicians Revenue Group Inc. (PRG) to enhance the digital infrastructure of the US healthcare sector. The partnership focuses on utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to strengthen the operations of PRG, a healthcare revenue cycle management and practice services organization based in Downers Grove, Illinois.
The initiative is designed to consolidate PRG’s sales, service, finance, and client experience functions into one unified Microsoft platform. This platform will be used across PRG and its family of companies. The first phase of the program is scheduled to go live later this year. According to the company, the platform is intended to scale the operating model as PRG expands its service lines.
PRG and its family of commonly held companies provide various services to healthcare organizations across the United States, including revenue cycle management, value-based care, remote patient monitoring programs, managed back-office and practice support services, healthcare digital marketing, and cybersecurity services.
Umar Rana, SVP Products at Devsinc, stated that the value of the program from a product perspective is how well it supports daily users. He said that bringing the functions together on Microsoft Dynamics 365 creates an opportunity to simplify workflows and deliver a more consistent client experience, providing a foundation that can evolve as the business grows.
Mansoor Ahmed, Founder, President and CEO of Physicians Revenue Group, said that PRG builds its infrastructure ahead of growth. He stated that the program will give the company’s teams one platform and its clients one consistent experience. Ahmed added that PRG chose a partner it expects to work with “for years, not quarters.”
