The Vivo V80 is reportedly set to launch in Pakistan during the week beginning November 9. According to a November 6 report, the smartphone will be available in two storage configurations: the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant for Rs. 209,999, and the 8GB RAM and 512GB storage model for Rs. 249,999.
ProPakistani notes that these prices remain unofficial and could change once Vivo officially announces the smartphone’s availability in the country.
The Vivo V80 is expected to succeed the V70, offering a larger battery, a faster display, and updated software while retaining the same Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. The device features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 5,000 nits of local peak brightness. It is designed with a glass back, slim 1.25mm bezels, and IP68/IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.
The smartphone runs on Android 17-based OriginOS 7 and includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Software features include AI Recorder, Capture to Note, and Security Shield, with Vivo promising six years of security updates. The phone is expected to be available in Rise Orange, Vision Green, and Prime Gray.
For photography, the Vivo V80 features a ZEISS-branded triple rear camera setup. This includes a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700V main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The front features a 50MP autofocus selfie camera with a 92-degree field of view. The device supports 4K video recording at up to 60fps.
The phone packs a 7,200mAh battery, an increase from the 6,500mAh battery found in the Vivo V70. It supports 90W wired fast charging, and Vivo claims the battery can reach 50% in approximately 30 minutes under laboratory conditions.
While Vivo has opened its official V80 pre-launch page for Pakistani customers, the company has not yet announced an exact launch date or confirmed the local pricing.
