Initial results demonstrated excellent performance, which the PTA stated reflected the quality and reliability of telecom services in the areas covered during the survey. The survey aimed to evaluate mobile network performance, service availability, and actual consumer experience, while identifying potential service gaps and areas requiring improvement.
