Saudi-led coalition destroys Houthi missiles and infrastructure in Yemen

A Saudi-led coalition intercepted and destroyed three ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi group toward Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. Three drones were also shot down by the coalition over the Riyadh region and southern Saudi Arabia on 26 October.
Military operations successfully destroyed Houthi ballistic missile launchers, storage tunnels, and a missile depot. The Houthi group captured strategic areas along Yemen's Red Sea coast last month and moved toward the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
The 2022 UN-brokered truce was shattered as the group maintains control over the capital, Sanaa. The Saudi-led coalition continues to support Yemen's internationally recognised government.
