LCCI President Saigol appreciated the role of Wafaqi Tax Mohtasib and thanked Chaudhry for his commitment to cooperation. He emphasized that the business community often faces procedural and administrative hurdles requiring timely intervention and resolution. Saigol stated, 'Close coordination between LCCI and Wafaqi Tax Mohtasib will help facilitate businesses and strengthen confidence among taxpayers.'

Chaudhry stressed the importance of efficient complaint handling mechanisms and said, 'The Office of the Wafaqi Tax Mohtasib is committed to providing prompt and effective relief to taxpayers facing difficulties due to maladministration or procedural delays. We serve as an important forum for resolving complaints and ensuring that taxpayers receive fair treatment from public-sector organizations.'

Both parties agreed that close coordination would be crucial in facilitating businesses and addressing legitimate concerns through transparent mechanisms. Chaudhry added, 'Taxpayers can submit complaints through multiple channels, including online platforms, while regional offices are also working to provide quick and accessible services to complainants across the country.'

The LCCI President further highlighted that the business community plays a vital role in economic growth, investment generation, and employment creation. He said, 'Every effort should be made to facilitate businessmen and industrialists and address their legitimate concerns through efficient and transparent mechanisms.'
