National Security Advisor Lieutenant General Mohammad Asim Malik held meetings with Chinese leadership during his visit to China, where it was agreed to further strengthen security cooperation.
Adviser Mohammad Asim Malik also attended a meeting of the secretaries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Security Council. During the meeting, he reiterated Pakistan’s position on the global situation, peace and security.
He also made it clear that Pakistan is committed to the policy of peaceful neighborliness and is willing to play a full role in this regard.
