The moon of Muharram has been sighted, the day of Ashura will be on Sunday, July 6

The moon was sighted on Muharram 1447 AH in Pakistan, Ashura Day will be on Sunday, July 6.
A meeting of the Central Sighting of the Crescent Moon Committee was held in Quetta under the chairmanship of Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, in which SPARCO and Meteorological Department officials participated. According to them, tomorrow Friday 27th June will be the first day of Hijri year i.e. 1st of Muharram.
The 9th of Muharram will be on Saturday, July 5th and the Day of Ashura, 10th of Muharram, will be on Sunday, July 6th.
