They also appreciated the growth of the league by adding two new franchise teams while selling three others, holding the event at just two venues under unprecedented circumstances, and running it in a new window for the second consecutive season.

The meeting included brainstorming sessions to organize notable off-season and pre-season activities that are expected to enthral fans throughout. These activities will be detailed in due course.

All stakeholders discussed the playing window and scheduling for PSL-12, with plans to unveil more details after the Governing Council meeting scheduled at the end of August.

It was decided that HBL-PSL would collaborate with franchises to launch an exclusive merchandise platform for fans both at home and abroad. Fans will be able to buy official league merchandise from all eight teams.

Workshop sessions are now planned to finalize the schedule, player retentions, direct signings, and a review of playing conditions for the upcoming season.
