Deputy Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan Nasar met with delegations of overseas Pakistanis from Japan and the United States, alongside tribal elders, lawyers, intellectuals, and representatives of social organisations.

Nasar described overseas Pakistanis as a vital pillar of the national economy and a valuable asset to the country. The Deputy Chairman Senate said these individuals contribute significantly to Pakistan’s prosperity, development, and economic stability through their expertise, hard work, and substantial remittances.

Syedaal Khan Nasar said the government is fully aware of the challenges faced by Pakistanis living abroad and is taking several important initiatives to address their concerns, safeguard their rights and provide better facilities. Authorities are also working to encourage these expatriates to invest more and contribute further to national development.

Nasar emphasised that a secure environment, political harmony, and economic stability are necessary for the sustainable development of Pakistan. He stressed that all national institutions and political parties must adopt a collective approach and work together in the larger national interest to overcome existing challenges.

Syedaal Khan Nasar said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Pakistan is moving towards greater economic stability, political strength, improved national security and enhanced international standing. The Deputy Chairman Senate said that the government is also pursuing measures to promote regional and international peace and strengthen Pakistan’s security.

Nasar described Marka-e-Haq as a significant milestone in the country’s history that reflects professional strength and national unity, with far-reaching implications for international standing. He concluded that building a stable and internationally respected Pakistan requires political consensus, national unity, and collective efforts.
