In the BISE Gujranwala Board, Hareem Abbas secured the top position in the Pre-Medical Girls group with 1,160 marks, while Hadiya Shahid topped the General Science Girls group with 1,155 marks. The board covers candidates from Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Narowal, Hafizabad, and Mandi Bahauddin districts.

BISE Boards Announce 12th Class Results for 2026

The BISE Lahore Board announced the overall position holders, with Mubashra and Syed Muhammad Mohyuddin jointly securing first position with 1,158 marks each. Muhammad Ahmad Shaukat and Muhammad Junaid Amjad shared second position with 1,157 marks, while Ayesha Bakhsh stood third with 1,156 marks. The Lahore Board covers Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib districts.

The BISE Rawalpindi Board also released the 12th Class results, with Itfa Javed securing the top position with 1,156 marks, followed by Noor Fatima Sajid in second place with 1,151 marks. Nabeeha Eman and Muneeb Shah jointly secured third position with 1,142 marks each. The Rawalpindi Board covers Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Attock, Chakwal, Murree, and Talagang districts.

BISE Boards Announce 12th Class Results for 2026

Candidates can check their results by visiting the official BISE websites. The process involves entering the examination roll number or using the SMS code 800299. The result system supports searches by both examination roll number and candidate name. The result includes students from FSc Pre-Medical, FSc Pre-Engineering, ICS, FA, ICom, General Science, and other approved Intermediate combinations.

The written examinations for the 12th Class started on May 20, 2026, and continued until June 12, 2026. Practical examinations were conducted separately under the board’s examination schedule. The results provide the final HSSC Part-II performance of candidates who completed their second year of Intermediate education.
