The recruitment process will consider candidates with higher qualifications, such as a BSN qualification or a nursing diploma, for the Lady Ranger and Cook positions. Religious Teacher applicants need Shahadat-ul-Alamiyah from an HEC-recognised institution, along with the required FA/FSc qualification.

The age limit for candidates is 18 to 30 years on September 28, 2026, with five years of government age relaxation. The minimum height requirements are 5 feet 6 inches for male Religious Teacher and Cook applicants, 5 feet 4 inches for Lady Rangers, and 5 feet 3 inches for sanitary workers and other support trades. Taller candidates will receive preference.

The minimum weight for male candidates is 121 pounds, or about 55 kg, while female candidates’ weight will follow BMI standards. The notice also reserves 5% of seats for minorities. The recruitment will follow merit and regional quotas, with 7.5% of seats allocated to open merit, 50% to Punjab, including Islamabad, 7.6% to Sindh Urban, 11.4% to Sindh Rural, 14.5% to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including the merged tribal districts, 6% to Balochistan, 1% to Gilgit-Baltistan, and 2% to Azad Kashmir.

Government and semi-government employees must bring an original No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department head. They cannot participate without it. Educational documents must carry the required verification from the relevant board or university.

The recruitment process is designed to ensure a fair and transparent selection of candidates based on merit and regional diversity. The application process is strict, with no late submissions accepted. Candidates are advised to prepare their documents well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
