Posting orders are scheduled for issuance on August 11, 2026. The department has directed all Chief Executive Officers (District Education Authorities) to ensure that promoted teachers are properly tagged on the School Information System (SIS).

For those who fail to receive a posting order because they submit fewer preferences than required or do not submit any preference at all, the Punjab School Education Department will assign them to any available vacant position through the SIS Portal. The same policy applies to teachers awaiting postings.

The notification emphasizes that promoted teachers and those awaiting postings must provide the required number of preferences or risk being assigned a post by the department. This ensures that all positions are filled efficiently and equitably.
