Eligible candidates must have passed their Matric with Science in at least second division and must have secured at least 45% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Additional merit marks are available for candidates who have completed FSc Pre-Medical in at least second division (20 marks) and for Hafiz-e-Quran candidates (10 marks), subject to verification.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 35 years on the closing date for applications.
Interested candidates can obtain the admission form and prospectus from the institute's office during office hours from Monday to Friday. The prospectus and admission form cost Rs. 500.
Applicants must submit the completed form along with the required documents, including academic certificates, domicile, CNIC or B-Form, passport-size photographs, and other supporting documents.
