The Sindh Health Department has opened 302 vacancies for the role of Union Council Immunization Officer (UCIO) in Karachi and Hyderabad.
The Directorate of Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) invited eligible male and female candidates to apply under its EPI-PEI Synergy initiative. The department intends to improve vaccination coverage and assist in activities to eradicate polio, according to the official recruitment advertisement. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of PKR 70,000 plus a PKR 10,000 mobility allowance.
Combined monthly compensation for the positions will reach PKR 80,000. The positions are available on a one-year contract basis. Hyderabad has the highest number of openings with 141 vacancies.
Karachi Central has 35 vacancies, while Karachi East has 23. Additional roles in Karachi include 28 in Keamari, 29 in Korangi, 23 in Malir, and 22 in Karachi South. The maximum age limit for candidates is 28 years as of November 20, 2026.
