Punjab Police has introduced a convenient method for citizens to check their traffic e-challans online through the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) Public Safety App. This service was announced in a statement issued on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

Vehicle owners can now view their traffic violation records from the comfort of their homes, eliminating the need to visit traffic police offices. The process is straightforward and can be completed on a mobile phone.

To access the e-challan checking service, citizens are advised to download the PSCA Public Safety App from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iPhone users. The app is officially developed by the Punjab Safe Cities Authority.

Once the app is installed, users can launch it and navigate to the E-Challans section. By entering the vehicle registration number and the vehicle owner’s CNIC, users can search for their e-challan records. The app will display details such as the violation date, offence type, fine amount, and challan status.

For those who need a copy of the e-challan for their records, the app also allows users to download the records. It is important to review the displayed information carefully before saving the challan.

In addition to e-challan checking, the PSCA Public Safety App offers a range of other public safety services. These include the ability to register and track complaints, access emergency assistance through Police 15, and use communication features such as live chat and video support.

The app also provides access to the Virtual Women Police Station and other citizen assistance facilities. This comprehensive suite of services aims to enhance public safety and convenience for citizens.

Punjab Police has encouraged citizens to use the app to check their e-challans, making the process more accessible and efficient. The app is available for both Android and iPhone users, ensuring widespread accessibility.
