Alongside vehicle-related payments, users can access several other services such as obtaining domicile, birth and death certificates, verifying vehicles and driving licences through the app.

The application has seen significant growth since its launch, crossing 100,000 downloads on the Google Play Store. This indicates increasing public interest in accessing government services digitally.

Officials from PAK App Services stated that this collection is a major milestone for digital government payments and supports Pakistan’s broader digital transformation strategy.

The app aims to promote transparent, paperless, and more efficient public service delivery while encouraging the use of digital payments. This aligns with the government's digital governance agenda.

PAK App continues to expand its range of citizen services through regular feature updates and integration with additional government departments.
