The committee ordered quarterly site visits to monitor progress and directed FGEHA to provide a copy of the new agreement with the JV partner. The committee was also informed that authorities had cleared more than 60% of encroachments in FGEHA schemes and recovered around 3,000 kanals of encroached land in Islamabad.
