Boltlike Solutions, a Brillanz Group company and Official Audience Intelligence Partner of MADsemble 2026, launched its next-generation audience measurement and intelligence ecosystem at The Nishat Hotel, Lahore.
The launch, coinciding with a Boltlike-hosted industry conversation, brought together key stakeholders including PEMRA, broadcasters, media agencies, advertisers, and OTT platforms.
Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions and Group CEO of Brillanz Group, highlighted the shift in audience behavior across various screens, emphasizing the need for a more comprehensive understanding of audience signals.
Three key propositions were unveiled: BoltTAM, a PEMRA-licensed television audience measurement platform; BoltAI, an independent digital audience intelligence platform; and BoltCTV, a connected television proposition.
BoltTAM measures television viewing at an individual level through a representative audience panel, while BoltAI continuously monitors and analyzes audience signals across major digital platforms.
BoltCTV brings together live TV, on-demand content, and apps through a smart connected-TV experience, creating a new measurable connected-screen environment.
Industry leaders participated in two conversations, 'The Viewer' and 'The Currency', to discuss the changing nature of audience behavior and the evolving role of audience measurement.
Participants included Umair Masoom, Founder & Group CEO, myco Holdings; Waqas Junaid, Director Digital Products and Strategy, Jazz; Arij Awais, Director Marketing & Growth, foodpanda; and Farhan Khan, CEO, Z2C Limited.
The discussions focused on how audience behavior is evolving across television, streaming, digital, and social platforms, and how these measurements inform media planning, buying, and advertising investment.
The audience hasn’t disappeared; it has moved across screens.

The opportunity is to make those signals increasingly useful together, while remaining independent of the buying and selling of media.
