Meta launched Style Sketch, an artificial intelligence-powered fashion application, for users in Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand.

The software connects to Instagram to generate a digital wardrobe using photos that users have previously uploaded to the platform. Individuals can use the app to try on various outfits virtually. Users have the option to add clothing items manually by recording short videos, taking photographs, or uploading images from their mobile phone galleries.

Style Sketch provides a realistic digital model that matches a user's specific skin tone and body shape to preview suggested outfits. The application recommends daily clothing choices based on current weather conditions. A travel planning feature is also included to assist users in deciding which garments to pack for trips.

Social media consultant Matt Navarra first highlighted the app publicly. Meta also released Waddle World, an AI-powered virtual pet app, and introduced Pocket, a tool for creating games with artificial intelligence. The company further introduced Vibes, an application designed for generating AI videos.

Mark Zuckerberg said Meta plans to release more applications as artificial intelligence helps speed up software development. Meta did not respond to a request for comment regarding the wider availability of the fashion app.
