The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced a series of scheduled power outages for Saturday due to routine maintenance and development work. The affected areas include Islamabad, Rawalpindi Cantt, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, and GSO circles.

In the Islamabad Circle, electricity will be suspended from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in Tramri, Lehtrar, and ISI feeders. From 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., outages will impact Faisal Masjid, Ayub Market, HC I, HC II, G 9/4, SUPARCO, T&T, PTCL, G 8/1, G 8, and G 8 Markaz feeders.

In the Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, the Ghazan Khan feeder will remain without electricity from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Similarly, in Attock Circle, power supply will be suspended from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Bahtar More and Kohistan Enclave feeders, while the Fawara Chowk feeder will remain affected from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

In Chakwal Circle, outages from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. will impact the Khanpur, Jhand Khan Zada, Abdullah Pur, Jalalpur, Sagharpur, and CWO feeders. In Jhelum Circle, electricity will remain suspended from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in City Housing, Sanghoi, Safdar Shaheed, Nathwala, and Langarpur feeders.

Meanwhile, in the GSO Circle, power supply will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the 132kV AWC HMC Taxila and 132kV Sangjani Burhan lines. Additional outages from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. will affect the 132kV Chakwal Bhagwal Talagang, 132kV Kahuta City Palandri, and 132kV New Wah Bahtermore lines, along with related earth switches and surrounding areas.

IESCO has apologized for any temporary inconvenience caused by these outages. The company stated that electricity supply would be restored before the scheduled time if maintenance work is completed earlier than expected.
