According to the official notice, the auction will take place on August 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, Red Building, Block III, Islamabad International Airport. The auction covers five commercial plots with a starting bid price of Rs. 26,250 per square yard.
The available plots are as follows: Plot B-116-A (1,714 sq. yd.), Plot B-116-B (1,694 sq. yd.), Plot B-116-C (1,743 sq. yd.), Plot B-116-E (1,729 sq. yd.), and Plot B-116-D (2,115 sq. yd.). The earnest money required for each plot is Rs. 1,800,000 for Plots A, B, C, and E, and Rs. 2,220,000 for Plot D.
The PAA has reserved Plots A, B, C, and E for businesses with an international brand presence, while Plot D is exclusively available to Pakistani food brands. The lease period will be 30 years, with an option to extend it for another 20 years by mutual consent under the PAA Land Lease Policy 2019.
Interested bidders must submit two copies of their CNIC, a non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 10,000, and the required earnest money in the form of a pay order before the auction begins. The PAA also stated that companies that have defaulted on PAA dues or are blacklisted will not be eligible to participate.
