Olivier Martinez accused Halle Berry of child abuse concerning their twelve-year-old son, leading him to file a petition for a temporary restraining order against Berry. Martinez stated that Berry had texted him to offer an apology following the reported incident.
Regarding visitation, Martinez requested that the court order Berry not to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substances when spending time with their son. Martinez further stated, "I do not want to permanently sever the relationship between our son and Petitioner, but I do not believe that they should be interacting with each other until Petitioner can take sufficient accountability for her actions."
The former couple, Halle Berry and Martinez, initiated divorce proceedings back in 2015. Martinez also expressed concern, stating, "I believe he may be traumatized by the incident."
Additionally, records confirm that Halle Berry has an eighteen-year-old daughter from a relationship she maintained prior to Martinez.
