Hilary Rosen has been named the new chair of BAFTA, succeeding Sara Putt who is stepping down after a three-year term. Rosen previously served as the organisation's deputy chair for one year and currently works as the director of commissioning at UKTV.
Ade Rawcliffe and Andrew Miller have been appointed as deputy chairs to serve two-year terms. The organisation also appointed Charu Desdot as chair for the games committee.
Desdot, who received a BAFTA Breakthrough award in 2014, brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the role. Caroline Levy will lead the television committee, while Nahrein Kemp takes over as chair of the LIT committee.
Kemp will oversee the £1 million Diversity Development Fund and the £80 million Diversity Commissioning Fund. Shrina Shah has joined the BAFTA board of trustees.
BAFTA stated that Rosen has a "strong record of accomplishment in bringing people together to address industry challenges".
