The tenth edition of the National Road Cycling Championship is scheduled to take place in Karachi from 9 October 2026 to 11 October 2026. The championship will commence at 9 am on 11 October 2026 at Bahria Town Karachi.
Furthermore, the closing ceremony and prize distribution are set for 4 pm on 11 October 2026. Cyclists from Army, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), Gilgit-Baltistan Scouts, Gilgit-Baltistan, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Islamabad will participate in the event.
The Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF) has introduced an Open Masters category for the competition. Additionally, para-cycling has been incorporated into the championship programme.
Syed Azhar Ali Shah stated that national-level sporting competitions are vital for engaging young people in positive activities and promoting cycling across Pakistan. He added that, "In the present circumstances, continuing sporting activities and providing young athletes with opportunities to demonstrate their abilities at the national level is the need of the hour."
