Relatives of Virginia Giuffre appeared in a political attack advertisement targeting Colorado Republican congressman Jeff Crank. Sky Roberts and Amanda Roberts expressed their disappointment that Jeff Crank voted to block a vote intended to release federal investigative files relating to Epstein.

Furthermore, Sky Roberts stated that Jeff Crank refused to meet with the Roberts couple. Amanda Roberts claimed that Jeff Crank voted to cover up the Epstein files.

The Roberts couple also urged senators on the Senate judiciary committee to block the confirmation of attorney general Todd Blanche over the summer. Criticism from the Roberts couple also targeted a Department of Justice decision that restricted the release of unredacted files to Epstein investigators in New Mexico.

The Roberts couple previously appeared at Donald Trump’s State of the Union address in February. In Iowa, a political advertisement accused Republican congresswoman Ashley Hinson of accepting donations from individuals named within the files.

A woman stated, "I would like to tell Ashley Hinson that I don’t trust you. If you can’t stand up for girls and women in Iowa and the rest of this country, why should I ever vote for you?" The New York Times identified thirty-five congressional races featuring advertisements that mention Epstein.

Sky Roberts asserted that a basic requirement for any job role involves listening to one's constituents. Separately, Simon Andriesz died by suicide last week.
