The Prime Minister’s Office stated that the move was made to make the registration process easier for eligible applicants. The development comes a day after the prime minister directed the government to set up facilitation desks at petrol stations to assist citizens.

Chairing a review meeting, the prime minister directed that the facilitation desks should be staffed by administration officials, volunteers, and petrol station personnel. These facilitation desks will guide eligible citizens through the registration process and other requirements.

Complete details on how to avail the fuel subsidy are available on the official website. The government is committed to ensuring that the registration process is as smooth and accessible as possible for all eligible citizens.
