Both ministers discussed global issues such as the US-Iran conflict, the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, and the impact of regional tensions on Pakistan’s energy supply chains.

Dar commended Albusaidi’s efforts towards regional peace, particularly in the Middle East, and noted Pakistan’s unique position as a member of both the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the United Nations.
