Kim Kardashian has once again demonstrated her commitment to Halloween traditions by dressing up as her eldest daughter, North West, for the 2026 celebration. The iconic reality TV star and her 13-year-old daughter have a history of teaming up for Halloween costumes, with previous years seeing them transform into characters such as Princess Jasmine and Cher from the movie Clueless.
For this year’s spooky season, Kim perfectly replicated North’s emo aesthetic, which has become a signature look for the young artist. The costume included a N0rth4evr shirt, a turquoise wig, face and hand piercings, an icy chain, spiked metal bracelets, and metallic nail art, all meticulously matching North’s style.
Kim shared a photo of the costume on Instagram, where she also posted a video on TikTok featuring clips of her daughter’s music, as well as XXXTENTACION’s top hit “Moonlight.” The video garnered praise from fans, who commended Kim for her supportive parenting and her ability to recreate her daughter’s look so accurately.
North West, who was named to Billboard’s 21 Under 21 list for 2026, has been making waves in the music industry with her debut EP, N0rth4evr. The EP was released in May, and fans are eagerly awaiting her return to the stage, possibly in one of her mother’s famous Halloween costumes from the past.
The Kardashian family’s dedication to Halloween is well-documented, with previous years seeing them dress up as The Flintstones and even Pamela Anderson. This year, Kim and North’s joint costume has once again brought the family’s Halloween traditions to the forefront.
Kim’s sister, Khloe, and her mother, Kris Jenner, also praised the costume, with Kris writing, “Twins!!!!” in the comments section of Kim’s Instagram post. The family’s support for each other is a recurring theme in their Halloween celebrations.
With only 11 days until Halloween, fans will be watching closely to see if North West returns the favor with one of her mother’s famed looks from the past. The anticipation is building as the family prepares for another memorable Halloween tradition.
The costume not only highlights North’s growing musical career but also showcases Kim’s ability to capture her daughter’s unique style. As the family continues to celebrate Halloween, their costumes remain a highlight of the annual event.
