The new identity of JazzSure follows Jazz International Holding Limited’s acquisition of a 76.33% controlling stake in TPL Insurance in July 2026, signaling the next phase of the insurer’s integration into JazzWorld’s digital services platform.

JazzSure aims to make insurance more accessible by combining underwriting expertise with digital distribution, making it easier for customers to find suitable cover, purchase policies, and manage their protection.

For households and small businesses, an unexpected illness, accident, or loss can be financially devastating, but insurance remains out of reach for many due to affordability, limited awareness, and access issues.

JazzSure’s mission is to address these barriers by making protection easier to understand, more relevant to everyday needs, and simpler to access, thereby extending the progress made by JazzWorld in connecting the unconnected and bringing banking to the unbanked.

The company’s established insurance business will continue to serve customers within and beyond JazzWorld’s digital platforms, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support for its existing customer base.

JazzWorld is a digital services platform, and expanding access to financial protection is an important part of our continued evolution.
