Secretary Saifullah Qasuri welcomed Pakistan's initiatives to unite Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, and Iran during an Istehkam-e-Pakistan and Seerat-un-Nabi conference in Lahore on 28 October. Qasuri stated that Muslim countries share a collective responsibility to ensure peace and stability across the Islamic world while protecting sacred places.

The Secretary argued that those responsible for attacking the holy sites of Makkah and Madinah, including the Houthis, must not receive any leniency. Pakistan occupies an important position in the Muslim world and can play a constructive role in resolving disputes among Muslim nations, Qasuri said.

Unity among Muslim nations is necessary to overcome difficulties confronting the Ummah and address external challenges through collective strength. The political agenda of the PMML focuses on economic stability, national sovereignty, public service, and the protection of Islamic values.

Restoring public confidence requires strengthening national unity, ensuring institutional responsibility, and addressing public grievances. Sindh President Faisal Nadeem, Ahmad Nadeem Awan, and other party officials attended the event.
