The CDA will auction seven petrol pump sites and five hotel plots in Islamabad next week. Participation in the auction requires a token money deposit of Rs. 250 million.
Specifically, the auction for the five hotel plots is scheduled for 10 AM on 12 October 2026 at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad. Separately, the seven petrol pump sites are slated for auction on 13 October 2026.
The seven petrol pump sites will be auctioned as a single package, based on a 20-year lease arrangement. Furthermore, the auction for the petrol pump sites restricts participation solely to registered Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).
For the hotel plots, bidders can secure a one-year payment facility. Payment terms for the plots include a requirement for 25 percent of the bid amount for building plans approval.
Additionally, 75 percent payment must be made upon possession. Bidders benefit from a five percent discount if they make full payment within 30 days.
A five percent discount is also available for complete payment settled in US dollars. Regarding the petrol pump sites, the successful OMC has a maximum of five months to complete construction.
