Tasdeeq is Pakistan's first State Bank of Pakistan-licensed private credit bureau and one of only two licensed credit bureaus operating in the country. It aims to become South Asia’s first publicly listed credit bureau upon completion of its IPO.
The company is offering 112.5 million shares through the book-building process, with a floor price of Rs. 1.90 per share and a cap price of Rs. 3.00 per share. The book building remains open until August 6, 2026.
