SZABMU Launches Fall 2026 Admissions for Nursing, DPT and Allied Health Programs

Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU) has launched its Fall 2026 admissions process for a range of nursing and allied health sciences programs. The university is accepting applications through its Centralized Admission System (CAS), which covers all constituent and affiliated colleges, including eight public sector and twenty private sector institutions.

The application period began on Monday, 13 July 2026, with the final submission date set for Friday, 25 July 2026. Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 4,000, which can be paid through internet or mobile banking.

A diverse array of programs is available, including Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing, Post RN Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), and various BS Allied Health Sciences programs such as Anesthesia Technology, Biotechnology, Cardiac Perfusion, Cardiovascular Sciences, Dental Technology, Emergency and Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics, Radiography and Imaging Technology, Surgical Technology, and Vision Sciences.

Eligibility criteria for the BS programs require a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in FSc Pre-Medical or an equivalent qualification. For DPT applicants, the requirement is at least 60% marks in FSc or an equivalent qualification. All candidates must also pass SZABMU’s entry test to be considered for admission.

SZABMU emphasizes that seats are limited and will be granted based on merit alone. Interested students can apply online through the official SZABMU admission portal at www.szabmu.edu.pk. The application process involves generating a 1-Bill invoice, depositing the application fee, completing an online form, uploading necessary documents, and selecting preferred colleges in order of preference.

Public sector and private sector colleges must be selected separately by applicants. SZABMU encourages all eligible candidates to apply promptly to secure their place in these competitive programs.
