TV comedy shows received the credit in 62% of cases. The share of the credit for TV dramas rose from 21% to 49%.
Reality TV recorded 630 shoot days, which was 66% below the five-year average. TV dramas recorded 494 shoot days, while TV comedy recorded 192 shoot days.
Location shoots remain well below the five-year average. Bass said, "These gains show that incentives work, but we must do more," while noting "encouraging signs of progress."
