SMBBMU Larkana organised an awareness programme titled “Together Against Corruption” on Wednesday at Chandka Medical College Larkana. The event included a one-day poster and painting exhibition held within the Gymnasium Hall of Chandka Medical College.

Furthermore, students presented five-minute videos that highlighted various forms of corruption and their resulting impact on the community. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Nusrat Shah stated that quality education holds a fundamental role in the elimination of corruption.

Professor Dr. Nusrat Shah also noted that corruption becomes more damaging when it involves individuals holding significant authority. Individual improvement, according to Professor Nusrat Shah, paves the way for collective progress.

Professor Nusrat Shah advised that every head of a household ought to model honesty and responsible conduct. Dean Professor Dr. Shahida Magsi asserted that corruption weakens moral values and diminishes public trust in established institutions.

Students, according to Dean Professor Dr. Shahida Magsi, should establish honesty, merit, and responsibility as core life principles.
