The company's board confirmed that it will distribute 471.3 million warrants on 13 October. These warrants grant the holder the right to purchase one share of Skydance's Class B common stock for $12.00.

On or around 13 October, the company will issue one warrant for every share of PSKY Class B common stock held as of 5 October. The warrants issued to PSKY shareholders aim to give them purchasing rights on Skydance’s Class B common stock under terms similar to those offered in the $47 billion equity syndicate backing the Warner Bros. Discovery deal.

Equity investments in SKYD were previously priced at $12 per share. As of 2 October, 1,093,020,754 shares of Skydance’s Class B common stock were issued and outstanding.

Should all 471.3 million warrants be exercised and settled, the total outstanding Class B common stock as of 2 October would reach 1,564,320,754 shares. David Ellison is the new chairman and CEO of Skydance.

Ynon Kreiz serves as the co-CEO of Skydance. David Ellison and Ynon Kreiz sent a memo to employees at the combined company on Tuesday morning.
