Bishop bowled Towhid Hridoy without adding to his overnight score, while he and Shamar Joseph took two wickets each.
Warrican and Joseph dismantled the tail to bowl the opposition all out before lunch. Campbell reached his half-century off 61 balls to take the West Indies to 89-1 at tea. Mehidy Hasan Miraz removed Campbell for 54.
