University College Birmingham (UCB) will accept applications for the Vice-Chancellor’s Award until 31 October 2026.
The institution expects to notify successful candidates by 30 November 2026. This scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees for the first year of study, though it does not extend to any following academic years. Eligible international students pursuing full-time undergraduate or postgraduate studies may apply for the award.
Recipients of the award are required to take part in specific university activities when requested by the institution. Students who qualify for home-fee status are ineligible to apply for this scholarship. Undergraduate applicants must hold an equivalent international qualification or at least 144 UCAS tariff points.
Postgraduate candidates must possess a First Class Honours degree or a comparable qualification from their home country. The university does not provide this scholarship for distance-learning programs or part-time courses. Applicants must submit a personal statement of roughly 500 words.
Candidates must receive and accept an offer for a program starting in February 2027 before they can submit their scholarship applications.
