Sohaib Anwar, a Pakistani national, has been appointed as the director of Zuma Global, according to the incorporation documents. The company’s name change from Bilal Fibres Limited to Zuma Resources Limited was announced on August 12, 2025, reflecting its shift towards technology and digital services.
As part of the UK market-entry process, Zuma Resources has engaged formally with the Office of Communications (Ofcom), the UK’s communications regulator.
