BLA and Majid Brigade will also be banned by the UN: Bilawal Bhutto
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and Majid Brigade are terrorist organizations that are supporting India. He announced that he wanted to ban these organizations from the United Nations.
On the occasion of the inauguration of Khan Bahadur Hassan Ali Afandi Park, Bilawal said that the US supported Pakistan’s position by declaring the BLA and Majid Brigade as terrorists, which was a great achievement. These organizations are targeting innocent civilians and workers.
Bilawal said the Modi government was not refusing to stop the water of the Indus River, but under the Indus Basin Treaty, India would have to give its rights to Pakistan. The Indus River is the lifeline of Pakistan and there is a need for national solidarity on this issue.
“We thank Trump for imposing huge tariffs on India,” he added. Given the global scarcity of water we have to adopt advanced methods for agriculture, such as drip irrigation.
The PPP chairman said that the provinces have to give his due, the new NFC award should be called immediately. He opposed blaming the FBR’s failures on the provinces.
Finally, Bilawal said that the government has not consulted us on the 27th Constitutional Amendment.
