The victim, a resident of Kot Lakhpat, reported her missing mobile phone on October 1 after visiting Kahna Bazaar. She approached Kahna Police Station to file a complaint.
Upon meeting CCD official Muhammad Shabbir, he allegedly contacted her, claiming to have traced her missing phone. He then allegedly took her to a house on Ahlu Road, where he sexually assaulted her and recorded a video of her undressed.
The victim alleged that Shabbir threatened her with a weapon during the first incident. She later approached the same location on October 10, where Shabbir allegedly sexually assaulted her again.
Following the second incident, the victim approached Kahna Police Station to register a case, but alleged that police officials delayed taking action. She then appeared before DIG Operations Faisal Kamran during an open court and presented her complaint.
As a result of her complaint, Kahna Police registered an FIR against CCD official Muhammad Shabbir and launched an investigation into the allegations.
The FIR states that Shabbir has been booked for the alleged crimes, and the case is currently under investigation.
