The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) advised companies to conduct their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) by 28 October 2026. Furthermore, the SECP directed that companies whose financial year concludes on 30 June 2026 must complete their AGMs by the aforementioned date.

All relevant companies are required to complete necessary filings within 120 days following the conclusion of their financial year. Following the AGM, companies must submit Form A if any company particulars have been altered, or submit Form 24 if no changes occurred.

Companies must also file their Annual Return and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) filings for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. Single-member and private companies with paid-up capital not exceeding Rs 3 million are exempt from filing the Annual Return if no changes have taken place.

If an Annual Return is not mandatory, Form-19 must be submitted within 30 days after the end of the calendar year.
