The earbuds also feature a lighter semi-in-ear design, with each earbud weighing just 4.3 grams and a redesigned charging case that is 25% smaller and 17% lighter.
Huawei has introduced a new AI perception noise reduction algorithm that continuously analyzes several factors while the earbuds are being used. The system monitors the surrounding environment, the shape of the user’s ears, and how the earbuds are positioned more than 10,000 times per second, with a convergence speed that is 750% faster than before.
In addition to noise cancellation, the FreeBuds 7 also focus on voice calls, with support for 100dB two-way silent calls. This feature is designed to reduce surrounding noise during conversations, ensuring clearer voices even in noisy environments.
