The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore has officially launched its admissions process for postgraduate programs in the fall of 2026, offering opportunities across various disciplines including engineering, computing, sciences, management, architecture, and planning.

According to UET's announcement, interested candidates can apply online through their official admission portal at admission.uet.edu.pk. The application period will close on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at midnight (12:00 AM).

To be eligible for these programs, applicants must hold an accredited undergraduate degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university and have completed at least 16 years of education. They are required to have a minimum CGPA of 2.0 under the semester system and score at least 50% in the admission test conducted by UET.

The application process involves generating a paid challan of Rs. 3,100 from the official portal and submitting it through available payment options. After fee submission, candidates must log in to complete the online application form and upload all necessary documents.

Following the submission of applications, an admission test will be held on August 17-19, 2026. Shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews from August 20-22, 2026, with admission offers starting on Friday, August 28, 2026.

Classes for the selected students are scheduled to commence on Monday, September 7, 2026, marking the beginning of a new academic journey at UET Lahore. Financial assistance is also available through various programs offered by the university.
