The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the details of the National Women’s T20 Tournament 2026-27, set to kick off today, October 10, in Faisalabad.

The tournament will feature five teams: Challengers, Conquerors, Invincibles, Stars, and Strikers, each competing across three venues in a double-league format.

A total of 22 league-stage matches are scheduled, with the top two teams advancing to the final, which will be held at Iqbal Stadium on October 25.

Fatima Sana will lead the Strikers, while Gull Feroza and Ayesha Zafar will captain the Invincibles and Challengers, respectively. Muneeba Ali will lead Conquerors, and Tuba Hassan will captain the defending champions Stars.

Six Pakistan U19 players currently representing the country in the women’s tri-series in Faisalabad will join their respective squads after completing their national commitments.

The tournament offers a total prize pool of over Rs. 3 million, with the winning team receiving Rs. 1.5 million and the runners-up taking home Rs. 1 million.

The complete squads for each team have been revealed, with a total of 75 cricketers participating in the tournament.

The Stars, who defeated Invincibles in last year’s final, are the defending champions and will be captained by Tuba Hassan.

The tournament is expected to provide a platform for talented female cricketers to showcase their skills and compete at a national level.
