Dalda Foundation Trust (DFT) has launched its Scholarship and Student Development Program 2026–27, providing financial and educational support to deserving students across Pakistan.
The program covers professional education from intermediate to university level, as well as vocational and technical training in various employment-related fields.
Students from all provinces, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, are eligible to apply if they meet the relevant academic and financial criteria.
Applications for the program opened on October 12, 2026, and the last date to apply is November 13, 2026.
The scholarship categories include professional education and vocational education and training, with the latter focusing on practical training in digital skills, technical trades, retail, hospitality, healthcare, agriculture, and livestock.
Eligible training programs generally last between six months and two years, with no fixed scholarship amount or monthly stipend specified by the foundation.
For professional education scholarships, general applicants must be Pakistani residents, below 19 years of age, and enrolled in the first year of intermediate education at an eligible public-sector institution.
They must have secured at least 70% marks in matriculation for ICS, Arts, or Home Economics, and 80% for medical, engineering, or general science students.
The monthly income of the applicant’s parent or guardian must not exceed Rs. 70,000, and families living in urban areas must meet the residential property limit of 120 square yards.
For vocational and technical education scholarships, applicants must have obtained at least 50% marks in matriculation and secured admission to an eligible government institution or government-approved training program.
The training duration should range from six months to two years, with preference given to employment-focused courses.
The monthly parental or guardian income must not exceed Rs. 70,000, and the 120-square-yard urban residence condition also applies.
The foundation has introduced a separate category for eligible third-party workers and their family members, with similar eligibility criteria as general applicants.
