The participating teams include Lahore Lions, Bahawalpur Nawabs, Faisalabad Hawks, Sargodha Shaheens, Gujranwala Warriors, Gujrat Thunder, Lahore Strikers, DG Khan Titans, Lahore Tigers, Multan Mavericks, Sahiwal Stallions, and Rawalpindi Panthers. Each team brings a mix of local talent and international players to the competition.
