China plans CNY3.8 trillion investment in AI computing infrastructure

China has announced a CNY3.8 trillion investment in AI computing infrastructure from 2026 to 2030, as outlined in the 15th Five-Year Plan for the information and communications industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
