During his recent visit to the construction site, Khan reviewed the progress and quality of the work, emphasizing the need for adherence to prescribed construction standards and the use of quality materials.

He also ordered immediate marking of the central median and directed authorities to continue tree plantation along the road, aiming to improve the overall aesthetic and environmental conditions.

To address safety concerns, the commissioner directed regular inspections and the construction of drains for proper rainwater disposal, as well as the installation of median barriers and curb stones.

Officials identified several plantation sites along the 62-kilometer stretch, highlighting the importance of greenery and environmental sustainability in the project.

The project is part of Punjab’s broader infrastructure development plans, aimed at improving transportation networks and economic growth in the region.
